Quirky, fairly clean hotel with high quality food and incredibly welcoming staff. Marvellous location short walk to restaurant, and the railway station and the canal, and perfect service...

Efficient and knowledgeable staff, hot breakfasts, good job!
Overall clean hotel in a spotlessly clean building very close to load of kids outside at 7am. Stylish property with a central location close to the station. Again, not far from Hungerford Wharf.

We had the standard twin room provided with a bath and air freshener spray. The location was incredible, within easy walking distance of Church of st Lawrence.

The staff were excellent from the moment we arrived they were helpful enthusiastic and professional. The hotel was clean and tidy and tastefully decorated throughout. Food was mouth watering and the whole atmosphere was great. The only possible negative was the lady who "sang" in the court yard on Sunday evening. She was terrible and you couldn't get away from her without leaving the hotel for the evening. Even with that in mind I would recommend the three swans to anyone for a great weekend away
Sorry. See above

Used to have a good bar menu now its stopped and only the Italian restaurant. I myself and quite a few other asked the question then dined elsewhere.

Friendly staff. Good public rooms. Quirky layout of rooms, low ceilings etc. Public areas have had a makeover. Nice restaurant. Very nice flowery patio area.
Heating by convection heater in room and small heated towel rail in large bathroom not very effective. Ceiling not high enough for a stand-up shower!

Parking arrangements could be more convenient!!! Noise from courtyard disrupted sleep!!! Attention to cleanliness in some areas would enhance the experience!!!

Although the first room (number 16) we were shown was not to our standard, we had booked a superior double/twin. When booking our stay the superior room details were given as - spacious, in no way could this room be described as spacious. The Staff were however most helpful and rectified this by putting us in room number 17. The room was quite nice and clean and as described when booking. When booking it stated under the heading Meal Plan “Breakfast is included in the room price” However on Sunday morning when I requested a cooked breakfast, I was informed that there would be a surcharge. As the information given when booking did not state “Continental Breakfast included” I find that it is totally misleading to then inform guests that there is a surcharge when requesting “A Full English” . It is not the Surcharge that I object to, it is the misinformation. We have stayed at very many hotels over the years and when it is a ‘Continental Breakfast’ it has always stated so! We dined on Saturday night and were amazed to find that with the exception of French h Fry’s and Rocket Salad there were no vegetables to be had!
